Job summary

NEAT is seeking a dedicated ICT Technician to ensure a robust infrastructure for innovative teaching and efficient operations across eight schools. The role supports high-quality service delivery and technology across the Trust, enabling effective learning environments.

Qualifications

  • Level 3 IT Support Technician Qualification.
  • 5 GCSEs A*-C (4+) including English and Maths or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft OS.
  • Experience supporting a variety of stakeholders in a demanding ICT environment with excellent communication skills.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Working knowledge of Google Workspace for Education (Desirable).
  • Familiarity with Apple education systems and iPad management (Desirable).

Responsibilities

  • Provide robust ICT support across the Trust's 8 schools to enable teaching and operation.
  • Ensure high quality professional service delivery and infrastructure stability.
  • Engage in regular 1-to-1 meetings and task-based appraisals to support career progression.

  • 5 A*-C (4+) in GCSEs (inc English and Maths) or equivalent standard of numeracy and literacy.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft OS.

  • Experience of supporting a variety of stakeholders in a demanding ICT environment with excellent communication skills.

  • Full UK driving licence

  • A working knowledge of Google Workspace for Education (Desirable)

  • Familiarity with Apple education systems andiPad management (Desirable)
