Disney are looking for a culturally attuned, highly organised and creative Influencer Manager to join our team to help lead standout influencer campaigns for Disney+. Sitting within the regional Disney+ social and PR team, this role supports the Senior Social Media Manager and Director of Comms and Social in executing a holistic earned creator strategy that drives buzz, builds advocacy, and elevates our range of titles across both the UK and EMEA. You will lead the influencer strategy at Disney+ ensuring it is fully integrated across multiple teams (Marketing, PR & Comms, Partnerships) whilst empowering a high‑performing Influencer Supervisor to deliver bold, innovative creator content and standout activations that drive cultural relevance and audience engagement. This is a strategic and creative role focused on developing our long‑term content strategy to grow our ambassador programme, whilst leading broader influencer activations that will expand our creator network and deepen audience engagement. We want a candidate who can spearhead bold, platform‑native ideas that elevate our content and brand in the social space and has expertise operating in both the gifted and paid influencer space. The chosen candidate will be the driving force behind exclusive influencer events, activations, premieres, junkets, press trips and creative production concepts to support an incredible content slate in 2026. Using industry best practices and innovative strategies, this candidate is tasked with developing and delivering engaging and impactful creator content at scale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the influencer strategy at Disney+, ensuring seamless integration across marketing, comms and performance teams to drive a unified, strategic approach to priority title promotion.
  • Empower and manage an Influencer Supervisor to deliver bold, innovative creator content and standout activations.
  • Vet and onboard new creators and agencies as needed, ensuring alignment with brand values and campaign goals.
  • Set benchmarks for success and define what success looks like in influencer marketing.
  • Track campaign KPIs and engagement metrics, providing insights and recommendations to help inform future campaigns; contribute to post‑campaign analysis and stakeholder reporting.
  • Provide strategic counsel to local EMEA markets, sharing campaign learnings and developing best‑practice playbooks to support regional execution.
  • Curate high‑impact invite lists for events, ensuring creators are central to the experience and storytelling.
  • Act as a thought leader within the business, educating internal stakeholders on the evolving creator economy.
  • Build and nurture a diverse, inclusive, and culturally attuned creator network, with a focus on emerging talent.
  • Manage agency and creator relationships, nurturing long‑standing bonds that strengthen love for the brand.
  • Demonstrate sound judgment and a strong moral compass when reviewing influencer content, ensuring all activations align with Disney+ values, guardrails and uphold brand integrity across platforms.
Desired Experience & Qualifications
  • You thrive in complex, matrixed environments, confidently navigating established processes while collaborating cross‑functionally with agencies, creative teams and senior stakeholders to deliver seamless execution.
  • Briefing influencer agencies is second nature; you combine data‑driven insight with a nuanced, human approach, tailoring strategies to fit creators rather than defaulting to one‑size‑fits‑all.
  • You champion a test‑and‑learn approach, leveraging analytics and KPI frameworks to trial new strategies, refine performance and fuel ongoing innovation.
  • You bring a robust understanding of industry standards and legal frameworks governing influencer marketing, ensuring all activations are compliant, brand‑safe and reputationally sound.
  • You live and breathe social, are fluent across platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and X, with a sharp eye for emerging talent, platform shifts and are plugged in to cultural trends that shape the creator economy.
  • You’re able to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders all at once with clarity and a sense of calm.
  • Your black book of creators, agents and agencies is second to none, built on trusted relationships and a deep understanding of the influencer landscape across entertainment, lifestyle and pop culture.
  • You boast a collaborative mindset and proactive can‑do approach to problem‑solving.
  • You’re passionate about great television across genres, and channel that curiosity into your work, always seeking fresh angles, new voices and creative ways to spark conversation.
  • Experience within a streaming service, broadcaster or entertainment brand is a strong advantage, bringing valuable context to campaign development and audience engagement.
Benefits
  • 25 days annual leave
  • Private medical insurance & dental care
  • Free Park Entry: You will have the opportunity to enter any of our parks with your family and friends for free
  • Disney Discounts: you are entitled to discounts on designated Disney products, resort food and beverages and ticketing
  • Excellent maternity & paternity leave
  • Business Resource Groups – Women @ Disney, Diversity @ Disney, Pride @ Disney etc.
