Key duties include using Proclaim, logging forms, DSAR reviews, acting as first point of contact, booking client appointments, and preparing letters of claim. GDPR knowledge and strong client care skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience using Proclaim system.
• Experience logging forms and questionnaires in CMS.
• Knowledge of GDPR and Data Protection.
• Excellent client care across platforms (phone, email, written).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Receive initial instructions and create matters, with checks to support risk assessment.
• First port of contact with the client and relay information clearly.
• Log required documentation from the client and manage inboxes.
• Prepare Letters of Claim and Part 36/ Calderbanks as needed.
• Coordinate client appointments and follow up on actions.
