Job summary

SumUp Inc. is expanding its regional field sales team in the United Kingdom. You will prospect 30 local SMEs daily, meeting merchants face‑to‑face and via outbound outreach, and demonstrate SumUp’s payments, POS, and operations ecosystem as the best long‑term solution.

You will own your territory, manage a self-directed diary and pipeline, and receive coaching from experienced field leaders to accelerate your success in building a recurring revenue portfolio.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in high-rejection field sales (face-to-face or B2B).
• Must embrace a hunter mindset with proactive outreach and objection handling.
• Strong understanding of recurring revenue concepts and value to small businesses.

Responsibilities

• Prospect at least 30 local SMEs per day through face-to-face visits and outbound outreach across the UK.
• Consult merchants on SumUp's payments, POS, and ecosystem as the preferred long-term solution.
• Own your territory and manage your pipeline from initial contact to onboarding and hardware installation.
• Conduct meaningful conversations, aiming for 3–5 new merchant partnerships per week.
