SumUp Inc. in the United Kingdom is seeking a highly driven Field Sales Partner to prospect and close merchants by promoting SumUp payments, POS, and operations. You will own your territory, manage your pipeline in a CRM, and advance merchants from initial conversation to onboarding.

You will participate in a comprehensive training week, then operate autonomously to build a growing portfolio with ongoing coaching from field sales leaders. The role is commission-based with high earning potential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in high-rejection, face-to-face or B2B sales environments.
• Hunter mindset with cold approach and strong objection handling.
• Financial resilience to bridge initial pipeline before residuals grow.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision and accountability.
• Understanding of recurring revenue value in business terms.

Responsabilités

• Prospect at least 30 local SMEs daily through face-to-face visits and outbound outreach.
• Consult with merchants on SumUp ecosystem (payments, POS, operations) as the long-term solution.
• Own your territory in the UK, manage CRM, and progress merchants from initial contact to onboarding.
• Build relationships as the payments expert in the local business community.
• Complete a full-time training week on product, pitch, objections, CRM, and territory strategy.
