Job summary

SumUp Payments Limited is seeking a Field Sales Executive to build a business in your local area, selling SumUp solutions to SMEs. This is a 100% commission-based, self-employed partnership with uncapped upfront commissions and long-term residuals.

You will prospect, consult, and close in a defined UK region, owning your territory and CRM. A high-activity, self-driven attitude will be essential to success and earnings potential can reach six figures for top performers.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-rejection, face-to-face or B2B sales environments.
• Ability to build relationships and close deals through consultative selling.
• Comfort working in a 100% commission-based, self-employed model.

Responsibilities

• Prospect a minimum of 30 local SMEs daily through in-person visits and outbound outreach.
• Conduct consultative selling by analyzing merchants' payment setups and presenting SumUp solutions.
• Own your territory and pipeline, manage CRM, and drive merchants from initial contact to onboarding.
• Create at least three real sales conversations daily and convert them into 3–5 new merchant partnerships weekly.
• Establish yourself as the local payments expert and build lasting relationships with SME owners.
