The Vacancy

Income Officer – Based in Carlisle, Newcastle or Workington – 36.25 hours per week – 18 Month Fixed term contract

Salary: £32,640 – £34,680 per annum + Benefits package

Responsibilities
  • Work within the Income Team to maximise income through effective rent collection.
  • Provide an excellent service to customers by keeping them informed of their rent payment responsibilities.
  • Take appropriate measures, in line with the Arrears Policy, when required payments are not made.
  • Collaborate with various teams across the association to deliver high-quality service.
Requirements / Qualifications
  • Can-do attitude with a methodical approach.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience of frontline arrears recovery work.
