Tesco is seeking a Shift Lead to support in-store operations in our UK stores. You will lead a team, deliver great customer service, and respond quickly to daily challenges in a fast-paced retail environment.

This role offers guaranteed hours and a clear path to develop leadership skills within a large national retailer. You'll work across store areas, build inclusive team relationships, and step in when the Manager is absent to keep service standards high.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a team lead or management position in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Be a strong role model with a passion for delivering great service and ensuring every customer's needs are met.
• A clear communicator, using a variety of methods to keep the team well informed.

Responsibilities

• Leading the team to deliver a great experience for customers in-store.
• Working across all areas of the store and with all colleagues, being the go-to person for day-to-day operational queries.
• Building positive, inclusive relationships that help colleagues perform at their best.
• Confidently leading the store in the Manager’s absence.
