Gloucestershire College is seeking an Inclusion Manager to lead and develop high-quality support services for students with SEND, ensuring personalised support, resources and opportunities to achieve their goals. You will oversee EHCP planning, work closely with staff, families and external agencies, and drive inclusive practice across the College to help every learner thrive.

Qualifications

• Experience of leading a team/line management of staff.
• Current experience of leading in a SEND environment, supporting EHCP learners and working with parent/carers.
• Minimum grade 4 English and Maths and GCSE (or equivalent qualification).
