Job summary

Eastern Education Group is seeking an Inclusive Learning Coordinator to support students with additional needs. You will work within the cross-college SEND Services team to coordinate inclusive learning provision, conduct EHCP annual reviews, and liaise with local authorities, families, and feeder schools.

The role focuses on ensuring access to learning, supporting identification and assessment, transition activities, and involvement in open evenings and promotional events.

Responsibilities

• Conduct EHCP annual reviews with stakeholders (local authorities, parents/carers, schools)
• Coordinate and deliver inclusive support services across the college
• Identify and assess students with additional needs and plan exam access arrangements
• Support transition activities and organise promotional events such as open evenings
• Raise awareness of SEND services and promote safeguarding across group colleges
