Gloucestershire College is seeking an Inclusion Manager to lead high-quality SEND support for learners. You will oversee support planning, EHCP processes, and inclusive practice, working with staff, families and external agencies to help every learner thrive.

The role requires proven line management experience in a SEND setting, with GCSEs English and Maths grade 4 (or equivalent). You will build a diverse team, drive continuous improvement, and prepare learners for their future.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team of staff in an educational setting.
• Proven experience in SEND environments supporting EHCP learners.
• Ability to communicate with parents, carers and external agencies.

About this Role

AsInclusion Manager, you will lead and develop high-quality support services forstudents with SEND, ensuring they have the personalised support, resources andopportunities needed to achieve their goals. Working closely with staff,families and external agencies, you will oversee support planning, EHCPprocesses and inclusive practice across the College. You will lead a diverseteam, drive continuous improvement, and help create an environment where everylearner can thrive, build independence and prepare for their future.

About You

• Experience of leading ateam/line management of staff
• Current experience of leadingin a SEND environment, supporting EHCP learners and working with parent/carers
• Minimum grade 4 English and Maths and GCSE (or equivalentqualification)
