Job summary

Wiltshire College & University Centre is seeking an experienced SEND & Support Manager to lead and coordinate SEND and learner support provision at our Chippenham campus. This role combines leadership of SEND with oversight of Skills for Life and Engage programmes, supporting inclusive education and strong learner outcomes.

You will work with local authorities, schools and families to ensure effective transition and progression planning, ensuring statutory responsibilities are met and resources

Qualifications

• Experience leading SEND, learning support or inclusion services in education.
• Strong knowledge of SEND legislation and inclusive practice.
• Experience managing EHCP processes and reviews.
• Collaborative work with authorities, schools and families.

Responsibilities

• Lead SEND and learner support provision at Chippenham Campus.
• Oversee Skills for Life and Engage programmes to support teaching and learner outcomes.
• Coordinate transition arrangements for prospective learners.
• Manage EHCP consultations, Early Reviews, Annual Reviews and funding requirements.
• Monitor attendance, progression and outcomes with timely interventions.
