A strong focus on inclusive practice and ongoing professional development is expected, along with supporting college events to enhance learner experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience working with SEND students.
• GCSE Maths and English at Grade C/Level 2 or equivalent, or willingness to achieve.

Responsabilités

• Deliver tailored support to help learners achieve goals and EHCP outcomes.
• Contribute to learner reviews and maintain accurate records using college systems.
• Promote inclusive practice and participate in ongoing training and development.
• Support college events and activities to create positive learner experiences.
