Job summary

The Beaulieu Park School is seeking an Inclusion Base Lead to establish and lead a new Provision that supports pupils facing barriers to attendance, engagement and learning. You will work with senior leaders, SEND staff, families and external agencies to design and run targeted interventions and reintegrate pupils back into a broad, ambitious curriculum.

Qualifications

• Experience working with vulnerable, disengaged or hard-to-reach young people.
• Understands EBSA, attendance and barriers to learning.
• Experience developing and delivering targeted interventions.
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and families.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operation of the Inclusion Base.
• Deliver structured learning programs to keep pupils engaged.
• Design, implement and evaluate attendance and engagement interventions.
• Lead reintegration programs for EBSA and persistent absence.
• Provide leadership to teaching assistants and mentors within the Base.
• Coordinate multi-agency support and review meetings.
• Monitor outcomes and contribute to school improvement.
