The Beaulieu Park School is seeking an exceptional Inclusion Base Lead to establish and lead our new Inclusion Base, providing targeted support for pupils experiencing barriers to learning, including Emotionally Based School Avoidance (EBSA), SEND, anxiety and attendance difficulties.
This is a unique opportunity for an enthusiastic and committed practitioner to shape a new provision that will play a pivotal role in improving attendance, supporting vulnerable learners and ensuring that every pupil remains connected to education.
As Inclusion Base Lead, you will lead a specialist provision designed to support pupils experiencing barriers to attendance, engagement and learning.
