Job summary

Prince Personnel represents a well-established UK manufacturer in Telford, seeking a proactive Sales Executive. This permanent role offers £32,000–£38,000 plus commission (OTE £40,000–£48,000) and a Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5pm schedule.

The role focuses on guiding contractors, architects, and procurement teams from initial interest through quoting, with autonomy to manage an active pipeline. You will engage with stakeholders, tailor discussions to project timelines and budgets, and use CRM tools

• Take ownership of quotations in your remit and close deals, with prompt follow-up and tracking.
• Maintain high daily outreach via phone, email, and CRM to sustain momentum.
• Manage a live pipeline of quotes, prioritising by value, urgency, and conversion probability.
• Build relationships with contractors, architects, and buyers to understand project needs and drive quotes.
