Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Sales Executive (Inbound Sales) for Buckingham. You will handle inbound sales enquiries, provide quotations and push opportunities to order while building strong client relationships.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm. A background in engineering or manufacturing is preferred, with no outbound cold-calling and a clear path to earnings via a generous bonus.

Are you a Sales Executive or similar from an Engineering or Manufacturing background looking for a inbound sales position, with no outbound cold-calling where you will be recognised for your success through a generous and achievable performance bonus?

In this role, you will be handling inbound sales enquiries from new and existing customers, providing quotations and following up on opportunities to help convert enquiries into orders. You will also carry out follow-up calls, manage key accounts, and work closely with the wider teams to ensure customer requirements are understood and managed effectively.

This well-established UK manufacturer has been operating for over 20 years and has continued to grow through investment in its people, processes and manufacturing capabilities. Producing a range of high-quality bespoke products for customers across the UK, the business has built a strong reputation within its industry and is now looking to continue its growth over the coming years.
