Confidential is seeking an motivated internal sales executive to support the sales and hire teams, process quotes, and convert warm leads. You will manage the quote database, follow up on quotations, and provide excellent customer service by phone and email.

The role is permanent, full-time, onsite at the Haddenham office, hours 8:30-17:30, Monday to Friday, and requires a full UK driving licence and strong IT skills including CRM systems (Salesforce desirable).

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service experience with a polite telephone manner.
• Experience with sales quotes, phone sales, telemarketing or warm leads.
• Full UK driving licence and commuting distance to Haddenham office for onsite role.
• Highly organised with attention to detail and a can-do attitude.
• Good IT skills including CRM systems (Salesforce desirable).
• Excellent listening, communication and negotiation skills.

Responsabilités

• Daily management of the quote database and follow-up on quotations.
• Make outbound calls to existing customers to check quotes and answer queries.
• Conduct market research by liaising with customers about requirements, budgets and future projects.
• Pass qualifying leads and information to Sales manager and hire team.

A motivated customer service sales administrator is required for our prestigious market leading, award winning, Sunday Times Fast track 100 engineering client. In return there is a generous salary of 27k- 29k+ dependent on experience and excellent benefits including generous holidays, great bonus, good contributory pension scheme, healthcare and medical insurance, in a permanent stable company that rewards their employees.

This exciting entry level sales role would suit a proactive and driven customer service professional with excellent communication, organisational skills and professional friendly telephone manner. You will be supporting the sales and hire teams to deliver excellent customer service to existing customers, calling warm leads of existing quotes, following up and checking quotes to help process sales orders. You can come from any industry or background; office retail, hospitality, engineering as long as you have exceptional customer service and telephone manner and a can-do attitude!

The ideal internal sales executive will have the following, experience, attributes and skills

• Excellent customer service experience and a polite, friendly professional telephone manner
• Ideally some experience of sales quotes, phone sales, telesales, internal sales, sales calls, medium- high phone calls (any tele sales, market sales, market research calls, warm sales leads, quotations sales experience would be of interest) or happy and able to make high volumes of telephone calls soft sales daily
• A full UK driving licence and already based a commutable distance to Haddenham office daily for permanent onsite office based role (this is not hybrid, remote or part time,) The hours are 8.30-5.30 Monday to Friday
• Highly organised, excellent attention to detail and a flexible, positive can-do attitude
• Good team player, friendly, polite, professional, resilient telephone manner
• Excellent IT skills (can use database, spreadsheets, CRM systems. Salesforce is desirable)
• Excellent listening ability, communication, negotiation and interaction skills

Key responsibilities of this internal sales executive role include

• Daily management of the quote database- following up on recent quotations, sales enquiries, customer interactions, CRM database
• Calling customers regarding recent quotations, making outbound calls to existing customers, checking their quotes and answering queries and questions and following these up
• Market research -Liaising with customers about the requirements, gathering more detailed information about their requirements, budgets ,future projects and competitors
• Passing these qualifying leads & detailed info onto the Sales manager, hire team and field sales team
