Job summary

Pertemps Leicester is seeking an Inbound Sales Advisor - Mobiles in Loughborough to handle inbound customer calls, identify needs and upgrade mobile services. You will convert inquiries into sales through active listening and questioning, while staying up-to-date with current promotions. This full-time role offers two weeks of training and a commission on top of base salary. Hours are 09:00–17:30, Monday to Friday, with every second Saturday 09:00–17:30.

• Achieve and exceed sales KPIs such as sales volume and call conversion.
