Job summary

Pertemps Loughborough Commercial is hiring an Inbound Telephone Sales Advisor for the weekend in Loughborough. The role is 16 hours across Saturday and Sunday, with a temporary‑to‑permanent path starting 14th September 2026.

You will handle inbound calls from website‑interested customers, identify needs, and guide them through purchasing while building rapport. You'll be encouraged to achieve sales targets, use systems to update customer information, and take advantage of full training and

• Confident and friendly with excellent communication skills.
• Customer-focused and passionate about delivering great service.
• Motivated by achieving targets and getting results.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
• Interested in technology and able to confidently recommend products to customers.
• Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is desirable but not essential – full training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from customers interested in purchasing products and services.
• Building rapport and understanding each customer’s individual needs whilst recommending the most suitable products and solutions.
• Explaining product features, benefits, pricing and available options.
• Guiding customers through the sales journey from inquiry to purchase.
• Processing payments and assisting customers with credit applications and finance options.
• Providing an excellent customer experience.
• Working towards and achieving sales and performance targets.
• Keeping customer information accurate and up to date across multiple systems.
