Job description

The Inbound Telephone Sales Advisor – Weekend position in Loughborough involves handling calls from customers who have already visited the website and expressed interest in products.

Based in Loughborough, this part‑time temporary‑to‑permanent role requires 16 hours across Saturday and Sunday, with full‑time availability for four weeks from 14th September 2026 before reverting to weekends. You will identify customer needs, recommend suitable products, and guide them through purchasing. Strong conversational skills and a helpful manner are essential.

£12.77 per hour.

Weekend Working – 16 hours (Saturday + Sunday) 9:00am – 5:30pm.

Start Date

Monday, 14th September 2026 – full‑time availability for four weeks until 12th October, then revert to weekends.
