Job summary

Currys in Loughborough is seeking an Outbound Telephone Sales Advisor to join our Contact Centre team. You’ll discuss Care Plan Agreements, extended warranties, mobile plans, and device deals, guiding customers to informed choices and the best sales journey.

You’ll be supported by training and the team as you build relationships and strive to exceed sales targets while delivering great service to Currys customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, ideally within a contact centre.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience working towards targets.
• Interest in technology.
• Willingness to learn with training provided.
