DCB Legal Ltd is recruiting an Inbound Collections Agent to join a fast-growing, award-winning team in Runcorn. The role focuses on maximising case resolution through taking payments, arranging agreeable plans, and handling customer inquiries by phone.

The position starts at £25,000 with a realistic OTE of £32,800 after probation. It is a Monday–Friday shift (no weekends/bank holidays) with a 36.5-hour week, plus benefits and training opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent listener and communicator.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Good PC literacy with Microsoft Office.
• Good negotiation skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced office/call centre is desirable.
• Experience in debt recovery or payment management desirable; training provided.
