Job summary

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging customer service at all stages of the journey.
• Use product knowledge and training to drive sales and profits for the Partnership.
• Put the customer first and understand their needs to resolve queries.
• Work flexibly across the shop to support the team, including till support, stock replenishment, price tagging and shop-keeping.
• Identify improvements and implement solutions.
• Support stock counts to protect profits.
