Job summary

Role includes a Night Premium (£3.75/hour) for late shifts; contract is Temporary with shifts up to 37.5 hours and a rotating 4-week schedule, including weekends. Location at The Hayes, Cardiff.

Qualifications

• Basic IT literacy
• Strong communication skills
• Experience with night-premium arrangements is a bonus

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and inspirational customer service at every stage of the customer journey.
• Use product knowledge and sales training to drive sales and increase profits for the Partnership.
• Put the customer at the heart of everything you do, understand queries and resolve them.
• Work flexibly across the shop to support the wider team (till support, stock replenishment, price ticketing, shop-keeping).
• Identify areas of improvement and implement solutions.
• Help protect profits by supporting with accurate stock counts.
