Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London is seeking an In Room Dining Supervisor to lead service for guests in a luxury setting. The role requires delivering exemplary F&B experiences, upholding LQA and Forbes standards, and maintaining detailed reservations and inventory records.

The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication, high-quality customer service, multitasking, and strong teamwork. Employment involves rotating shifts and 39 hours per week within a premier luxury hotel.

Responsibilities

• Taking Food & Beverage orders via the phone from guests, adhering to the LQA and Forbes standards at all times.
• Providing efficient Food & Beverage service, ensuring guest and resident satisfaction is achieved throughout their experience.
• Updating the internal system accordingly, ensuring attention to detail and management of inventory.
• Demonstrating full knowledge of the In Room Dining menu and beverage list to make recommendations and respond to guest requests.
• Leading by example to train and manage the team.
