Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, is seeking an In Room Dining Supervisor to lead the team and ensure exceptional service. You will take phone orders, deliver F&B service to guests and residents, and manage inventory.

This role operates on a 39-hour, five-day rotating schedule. The successful candidate will have strong communication, multitasking abilities and prior experience in luxury F&B. We offer development, staff benefits and discount programs.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and focus on high-quality customer service.
• Strong multitasking abilities and ability to work well in a team under pressure.
• Previous experience in a similar Food & Beverage role is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Take Food & Beverage orders via the phone from guests, adhering to standards.
• Provide efficient Food & Beverage service to ensure guest satisfaction throughout their experience.
• Update the internal system and manage inventory with attention to detail.
• Demonstrate full knowledge of the In Room Dining menu and beverage list to make recommendations.
• Lead by example to train and manage the team.
