Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, is seeking an In Room Dining Coordinator to join its iconic In Room Dining team. The role involves taking phone orders, delivering exceptional service, and maintaining precise order records.

You’ll rotate shifts across mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and bank holidays, totaling 39 hours per week. Applicants should have excellent communication skills, strong multitasking abilities, and a customer-service focus.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and a focus on high-quality customer service.
• Strong multitasking abilities and ability to work well in a team under pressure.
• Previous experience in a similar Food & Beverage role is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Take Food & Beverage orders via phone from guests, adhering to LQA and Forbes standards.
• Provide efficient Food & Beverage service to ensure guest and resident satisfaction.
• Update the internal system accurately with order details and requests.
• Demonstrate full knowledge of the In Room Dining menu and beverages to make recommendations.
