Responsibilities

• Respond to client enquiries via phone and email.
• Input engineers’ timesheets and compile daily reports.
• Coordinate engineers’ work schedules and liaise with customers.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure they are met.
• Prepare invoices and update client job management systems.
• Update Excel spreadsheets and compile job completion notes.
• Issue purchase orders and monitor job progress.
