Nationwide is hiring a Customer Consultant at our Inverness branch to help customers in person and over the phone with everyday banking needs. You’ll support transactions, answer queries and promote digital tools to make money management simpler and safer.

No prior banking experience is required, but a passion for customer service and the ability to adapt to different customers will help you thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is a permanent, full-time role.
