Job summary

Nationwide is recruiting a Customer Consultant for the Dunfermline branch. The role is permanent and full-time (35 hours per week, Monday to Saturday), with training designed to set you up for success. You will assist customers in person and by phone, guiding them through everyday transactions and digital tools that simplify managing their money.

• Guide customers to banking products and services that fit their needs.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver excellent service, even at peak times.
• Follow processes, spot issues, and escalate when needed to protect customers.
