Nationwide Inverness branch seeks a Customer Consultant to support customers in person and over the phone, helping with everyday transactions and guiding them to banking services and digital tools.

This permanent, full-time role (35 hours per week, Monday to Saturday) includes training and a clear path to grow in banking with a focus on customer-first behaviours.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience or a passion for helping others.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-street branch.
• Comfort with technology and digital banking services.

Responsabilités

• Welcome customers into the branch and understand their needs.
• Handle transactions and queries accurately while protecting customers.
• Help customers use digital services to bank more easily.
• Guide customers to suitable banking products.
• Support colleagues to deliver excellent service at busy times.
• Follow processes, spot issues, and escalate when needed to protect customers.
