You’ll join a busy team, handle transactions and queries with care, help customers access digital services, and support colleagues to maintain excellent service at peak times. No banking experience is required; full training is provided, and Nationwide benefits follow the acquisition.

Qualifications

• No banking experience required, but customer service experience helps.
• You take pride in helping customers feel confident and supported.
• You stay calm in busy or changing situations and are comfortable using technology.
• You communicate clearly with customers face-to-face, on the phone, and digitally.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers into the branch and understand their needs to offer friendly help.
• Handle a range of transactions and queries accurately while prioritising security and fairness.
• Help customers get the most from digital services and online banking.
• Guide customers through banking products and services that suit their needs.
• Work with colleagues to deliver excellent service, even at peak times.
• Follow processes and escalate concerns to protect customers.
