Nationwide is seeking a Customer Representative for our Inverness branch in the Highlands. This permanent, full-time role (35 hours per week, Monday to Saturday) focuses on welcoming customers, handling banking queries, and guiding them to appropriate services.

You’ll work with colleagues to deliver great service, across in-branch, phone, and digital channels. You don’t need prior banking experience; customer service passion and strong people skills will help you thrive in a fast-paced

• No banking experience required, but customer service experience helps.
• Ability to stay calm and patient with busy customers.
• Comfortable using digital tools and branch systems.

• Welcome customers into the branch and understand their needs.
