Job summary

Rullion is seeking an Integrated Management System (IMS) Analyst to support the SZC project in Suffolk or London with hybrid working. The role focuses on developing and refining IMS documents, publishing them to live environments, and coordinating with stakeholders for process modelling and governance.

The successful candidate will manage a pipeline of procedure work, ensure compliance with SZC standards, and coach others in best practice for procedure development, while maintaining

Qualifications

• Experience in managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Educated to degree level or able to demonstrate experience in a highly regulated project environment.
• Extensive experience in development, implementation and maintenance of management system documentation.
• Excellent understanding and application of process modelling standards and design techniques.
• Capable of using Visio to map processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with management and stakeholders to coordinate process improvement activities.
• Develop and refine IMS documents for the SZC project.
• Publish new and updated IMS documents to live environment and IMS portal.
• Maintain data/records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Use IT systems to prepare reports, statistics, and presentations for IMS delivery.
