Job summary

EDF Energy Limited is seeking an Integrated Management System (IMS) Analyst for Sizewell C to provide technical expertise to the IMS team. You will support updating and publishing IMS documents, manage the procedure work pipeline, and collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure standards are met in a highly regulated environment.

The role requires strong organisational and communication skills, a pro‑active approach, and experience with BPMN notation and various modelling tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing and maintaining IMS documentation.
• Degree level or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience in regulated, major project environments.
• Knowledge of BPMN and procedure development standards.
• Experience with publishing IMS documents to live environments.

Responsibilities

• Work as an integral part of a team contributing to team success, communication and a positive working environment.
• Collaborate with management and project stakeholders to coordinate process improvement activities and ensure timely document reviews and approvals.
• Ensure process, safety, compliance and quality standards are met.
• Develop and refine IMS documents for the SZC project.
• Assess the effectiveness of ongoing process improvement initiatives and provide recommendations.
• Provide coaching to procedure development experts and project leaders.
