Job summary

EDF is seeking an Integrated Management System (IMS) Analyst for Sizewell C to support the IMS team in updating and publishing documents. The role requires coordinating with stakeholders, refining IMS documents, and ensuring adherence to SZC procedure standards within a regulated environment.

You will develop process models, publish procedures to live environments, and train teams on best practice. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential in this demanding position.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or able to demonstrate experience in a highly regulated industry / major project environment.
• Extensive experience in development, implementation and maintenance of management system documentation.
• Excellent understanding and application of process modelling standards and design techniques.
• Capable with using Visio to create and map processes.
• LEAN Six Sigma green belt trained, with experience of using this toolset for process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team contributing to success, communication and a positive working environment.
• Collaborate with management and stakeholders to coordinate process improvement activities and ensure timely document reviews and approvals.
• Ensure process, safety, compliance and quality standards are met.
• Develop and refine IMS documents for the SZC project.
• Assess effectiveness of ongoing process improvement initiatives and provide recommendations.
• Provide coaching to procedure development experts and project leaders on standards and best practices.
• Publish IMS documents with correct attributes, flowcharts, permissions and relationships.
