Job summary

AVA Energy is seeking an IMS Analyst to help maintain management system documentation, processes and compliance within a major infrastructure project. You will work to develop, review, and publish documentation and support process improvement initiatives in a highly regulated environment.

You will map business processes using Visio and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure best practices in procedure development, with hybrid working arrangements possibly available.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and maintaining management system documentation.
• Strong understanding of process modelling standards and techniques.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Visio and process mapping.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working within a highly regulated industry or major project environment.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, update, and publish management system documentation.
• Coordinate procedure development plans, priorities, and project timelines.
• Support process improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Create and map business processes using Microsoft Visio.
• Work closely with stakeholders, providing guidance on procedure development and best practice.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is accessible and up to date.
