Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multi-task and work on own initiative.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Strong interpersonal skills across levels in the organisation.
• Degree level education or demonstrated experience in a highly regulated major project environment.
• Extensive experience in development, implementation and maintenance of management system documentation.
• Excellent understanding of process modelling standards and design techniques.
• Capable of using Visio to map processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with management and stakeholders to coordinate process improvement activities.
• Develop and refine IMS documents for the SZC project.
• Publish new and updated IMS documents with correct attributes, flowcharts and permissions.
• Contribute to a prioritised procedure work pipeline with clear progress updates.
• Promote the IMS across the business to meet project milestones.
• Maintain data/records and ensure confidentiality of information.
• Provide coaching to SMEs and project leaders on procedure development.
• Utilise IT systems to prepare reports, statistics and performance information.
