Job summary

• Degree level education or demonstrable experience in a highly regulated industry.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team contributing to project success and a positive environment.
• Coordinate process improvement activities across Health & Safety, Security, Environment, and Quality.
• Ensure process, safety, compliance and quality standards are met.
• Develop and refine IMS documents for the SZC project.
• Assess effectiveness of improvement initiatives and provide recommendations.
• Coach SME/procedure owners to meet standards.
• Create detailed procedure creation and update plans with governance.
• Publish IMS documents with correct attributes, flowcharts and permissions.
• Maintain a prioritised procedure work pipeline with status updates.
• Promote IMS implementation across the business to meet milestones.
• Maintain data/records for easy access and confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Utilise IT systems to prepare reports, statistics, and presentations.
