Qualifications

• Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
• Familiarity with KeySigns and KeyLines is desirable.
• Fully trained and qualified building surveyor based in the North Yorkshire area.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and development of traffic and parking schemes.
• Prepare detailed construction design packages for traffic engineering projects.
• Revise and update drawings to reflect design changes.
• Maintain up-to-date filing and drawing schedules.
• Contribute to consultations and project implementation across the borough.
• Conduct site visits and measurements as required.
