Job summary

Targeted Provision is recruiting SEND Tutor and Teacher roles across the UK. You will provide Maths, English or Science tuition in person, online or hybrid settings to pupils with SEMH and SEND needs, working with local authorities and schools on a self-employed basis.

Flexible hours and part-time to full-time opportunities are available. We require at least 2 years teaching experience, QTS/QTLS, Enhanced DBS and safeguarding knowledge.

Qualifications

• 2+ years teaching experience with SEND/SEMH
• Familiarity with Maths, English, and Science teaching
• QTS or QTLS certification and safeguarding compliance

Responsibilities

• Provide in person, online / remote, and hybrid Maths, English, or Science tuition to pupils with SEMH and SEND needs
• Support pupils referred by local authorities and schools by planning and delivering trauma-informed tutoring
• Plan and report on lessons and provide regular feedback on student progress
• Contribute to safeguarding and creating a safe learning environment
