Job summary

Targeted Provision is recruiting SEND Tutors and Teachers in the UK to deliver Maths, English or Science tuition for young people with SEND and SEMH needs. Roles are flexible and can be in-person, hybrid or remote, with a focus on making a real difference in learners' lives.

Applicants should have 2+ years teaching experience, QTS/QTLS, an enhanced DBS and 2+ references. This self-employed position offers flexible hours and a purpose-driven environment in local communities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years teaching experience, ideally with SEND/SEMH/MLD/SLD/PMLD in trauma-informed setting
• Subjects include Maths, English, and/or Science

Responsibilities

• Provide in person, online/remote, and hybrid tutoring for Maths, English, or Science to children and young people with SEMH and SEND needs
• Plan and report lessons, provide regular progress feedback
• Support safeguarding and create a safe learning environment
• Engage with local authorities and schools to identify referred pupils
