Job summary

Targeted Provision is recruiting SEND Tutors and Teachers in the UK to support young people with SEND and SEMH needs. Roles include Maths, English or Science tutoring with a trauma-informed approach, and can be done in person, hybrid, or remotely.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years teaching experience, QTS/QTLS, Enhanced DBS, and references. The role is self-employed with flexible hours and ongoing interviews as applications come in.

Qualifications

• 2+ years teaching experience, ideally with SEND/ SEMH needs
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/ QTLS)
• Enhanced DBS (facilitated if needed) and 2+ references

Responsibilities

• Provide in person, online or hybrid Maths, English or Science tuition to pupils with SEND/ SEMH needs
• Plan and report on lessons and provide regular feedback on progress
• Deliver trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring in flexible schedules
