Job summary

Targeted Provision is seeking qualified SEND Tutors and Teachers in the UK to deliver Maths, English or Science tuition to young people with SEMH and SEND needs. Roles can be in-person, hybrid, or remote, with flexible hours and a self-employed status, allowing you to work around your schedule.

You'll work with local authorities and schools, plan lessons, monitor progress, and provide trauma-informed support. QTS/QTLS and an Enhanced DBS are preferred, plus references.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years teaching, ideally with SEND/SEMH.
• Subjects: Maths, English, and/or Science teaching.
• Qualifications: QTS or QTLS.
• DBS check (Enhanced) and 2+ references.
• Based in the UK with right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person, online, and hybrid tuition for Maths/English/Science to SEND/SEMH learners.
• Plan lessons, monitor progress, and give regular feedback.
• Deliver trauma‑informed tutoring in collaboration with local authorities and schools.
• Create a safe learning environment with safeguarding best practices.
