Job summary

Targeted Provision is seeking SEND Tutors and Teachers in the UK to deliver Maths, English or Science tutoring to SEMH and SEND learners. Roles are self-employed with flexible hours and multiple delivery modes (in person, online, hybrid). Applicants should have QTS/QTLS, SEND experience, and be based in the UK; DBS support is available.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years teaching experience, ideally with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or PMLD in a holistic and trauma-informed way.
• Subjects: Familiarity teaching English, Maths, and/or Science
• Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS / QTLS) and safeguarding awareness

Responsibilities

• Provide in person, online / remote, and hybrid Maths, English, or Science tuition to children, teenagers, and young people with SEMH and SEND needs
• Support pupils referred by local authorities and schools by planning and delivering flexible, trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring
• Plan and report for lessons and provide regular feedback on student progress
