Job summary

Targeted Provision is recruiting SEND Tutors and Teachers to support Schools and Local Authorities in the UK, delivering Maths, English or Science tuition for SEMH/SEND needs. Roles are flexible, with in-person, hybrid, and remote options to fit your schedule.

You'll work in a trauma-informed, child-centred environment, using your 2+ years of teaching experience to engage disengaged and at-risk learners across KS1–KS5, with Enhanced DBS and references required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years teaching experience with SEND/SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or PMLD in a trauma-informed way
• Familiarity teaching English, Maths, and/or Science
• Enhanced DBS (we can facilitate this) and 2+ professional references
• UK residency and right to work (including remote/online jobs)
• Knowledge of safeguarding and creating a safe learning environment

Responsibilities

• Provide in person, online/remote, and hybrid tuition in Maths, English, or Science to children, teenagers, and young people with SEMH and SEND needs
• Plan and report for lessons and provide regular feedback on student progress
• Support pupils across KS1–KS5 with trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring
• Contribute to raising standards of education for SEND and SEMH learners
