Job summary

Targeted Provision is seeking SEND Tutors and Teachers to deliver Maths, English or Science tuition to learners with SEND and SEMH needs. Roles are offered on a self-employed basis, with opportunities for in-person, online, or hybrid teaching across the UK.

We welcome applicants with 2+ years of teaching experience, QTS/QTLS, and a commitment to trauma-informed education. DBS and references are required, with flexible hours to suit your schedule.

Qualifications

• 2+ years teaching experience, ideally with SEND/SEMH, MLD/SLD/PMLD in trauma-informed setting.
• Familiarity teaching English, Maths, and/or Science.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS / QTLS) required.
• Enhanced DBS and 2+ professional references.

Responsibilities

• Provide in person, online or hybrid Maths, English, or Science tuition to children and young people with SEMH and SEND needs.
• Plan and report lessons, deliver trauma-informed tutoring, and monitor progress.
• Adhere to safeguarding protocols and create a safe learning environment.
