Job summary

Waythrough is recruiting a Recovery Co-ordinator for the North Cumbria RSC Team to support individuals on their recovery journey. The role involves managing caseloads, delivering tailored recovery and treatment plans, and working with colleagues to promote health and wellbeing.

You will apply evidence-based approaches such as Motivational Interviewing, PSIs and CBT, delivering both one-to-one and group sessions in a supportive, community-focused environment.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
• Experience delivering one-to-one and group-based therapeutic interventions.
• Knowledge of evidence-based approaches including MI, PSIs, CBT and ITEP.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload, developing, implementing and reviewing tailored recovery and treatment plans.
• Support and motivate individuals from engagement through structured treatment to sustained recovery.
• Deliver interventions that reduce substance-related harm to individuals, families and the wider community.
• Work collaboratively with key partners and colleagues to achieve positive health and wellbeing outcomes.
