Job summary

Waythrough is seeking a dedicated Recovery Coordinator to deliver person-centred recovery planning and comprehensive case management across all stages of the recovery journey in North Tyneside. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to support individuals affected by substance misuse, mental health challenges, or housing issues, helping them regain independence and wellbeing.

In this role you will engage service users from initial assessment through to sustained recovery, conduct risk

Qualifications

• Experience delivering recovery-focused support and personalised plans.
• Ability to manage risk and safeguarding across caseloads.
• Strong communication and partnership working skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate a caseload of service users, developing recovery plans.
• Carry out triage, screening and comprehensive assessments.
• Deliver one-to-one and group psychosocial interventions.
• Complete risk assessments and safeguarding plans.
• Support service users to access treatment, housing and community resources.
• Maintain accurate records using online case management systems.
• Contribute to team culture and Waythrough values.
